Q: When does the festival take place?
A: Kiddstock Festival will take place on Saturday 28th July 2018, from 12:00pm til 11:30pm, Car Park will open from 10:30am.

Q: Is there an Afterparty?
A: Yes, this will take place near-by. We will be putting a limited amount of standard tickets on sale soon.

Q: Where can I find the line-up for the 2018 Festival?
A: Click on LINE UP at the top of this page.

Q: Can I leave the site during the day and come back?
A: Sadly not, we operate a strict "No Pass Out" policy.

Q: Can I bring video equipment to the festival?
A: No, there is strictly no recording equipment allowed onto site.

Q: Can I bring my camera to the festival?
A: Non-professional cameras are permitted at the event. Strctly NO DSLR/Pro-Cameras.


Q: I want to travel by rail to the festival, what is the nearest Station?
A: There are two stations nearby, Redcar Central and Redcar East. Head over to http://splitticketing.com for low-cost Rail Options.

Q: I am travelling by train, how do I get to the event from the station?
A: You will find local taxi's outside of the station.

Q: I am thinking about bringing a coach to the event. What are the incentives?
A: Bringing a coach? then please drop us an email. We can help you advertise it, offer cash incentives, ticket offers and more. Email: shane@kiddstockfestival.com for more info.

Q: Can you recommend any accommodation?
A: You will find Guest Houses and B&B's all within a few minutes of the festival. Check out http://www.redcar-cleveland.gov.uk for places to stay.


Q: Are there any age restrictions?
A: The festival is licensed for people of 18 years or older. Identification will be required and under 18s will be refused entry.

Q: What forms of identification are accepted as proof of age?
A: Only official forms of ID, either a passport or drivers license, will be accepted on entry to the festival site.

Q: What should I do if I want to purchase a ticket but I live outside the UK?
A: You can purchase your tickets in the normal way through our website and just follow the instructions given.

Q: Where can I buy tickets if I don’t have a credit card?
A: You will be able to purchase paper tickets from DJ's, Networkers and Shops from early next year, a full list will be put up soon.

Q: I am unable to attend but have already bought my ticket. Can I get a refund?
A: Unfortunately Kiddstock does not offer any refunds on tickets.
